Wedding Photographer Dordogne France, with a couple from New York City – very much NYC meets stunning French village. Deep in the beautiful Dordogne countryside you’ll find a tiny little village called Urval. Although Alma and Tristan now call Manhattan home, this is where Tristan’s family live, and it’s also where they decided to get married. And they chose me to be their wedding photographer in Dordogne France for the day. The morning saw everyone get ready at Tristan’s beautiful family home, while friends and neighbours decorated the little French village with beautiful flowers. The florist, Butel Yves, came down from Paris and made the days florals in the garden. When it came time for the ceremony Alma and Tristan took their vows in eglise Notre Dame de la Nativité, the 11th century chapel in the village. Check out the look on Tristan’s face as he gets his first glimpse of Alma in the chapel doorway! For the reception everyone made steps back to the house for chilled champagne and oysters. Oh, and singing, lots of singing! The wonderful atmosphere this created is hard to put into words, but I’m sure the photos will give you an idea. And absolutely perfect wedding in France with these two stylish characters.
